- 7 on/off dayshift schedule; 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Compensation and Additional Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package, commensurate with qualification and experience; based on MGMA values
- New graduate estimated annual compensation is over $330,000 with options for additional shifts
- Minimum three years of experience estimated annual compensation is over $355,000 with options for additional shifts

Requirements:
- Candidates must be internal medicine residency-trained
- Board certified/eligibility in internal medicine required
Kern Medical Overview:
- Only designated level II trauma center for Kern County and also serves as a tertiary medical center (222 beds)
- UCLA affiliated teaching hospital
- Kern Medical trains over 200 medical & osteopathic students, residents and fellows annually
- Graduate medical education programs in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatry, General Surgery and Pharmacy as well as Fellowship Programs in Child & Adolescent and Addiction Psychiatry, Infectious Disease, Addiction Medicine and Simulation Laboratory (non-ACGME program)
