Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:Enjoy a well-rounded schedule with 2-3 days of outpatient care and 1-2 hospitalist days per week, supported by midwives and APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help optimize care delivery.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $300K-$325K
- Retirement: 4% employer match
- Time Off: 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
- CME Support: $3,000 annual CME allowance

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD or DO
- Board Certification: Board Certified in OBGYN
- Licensure: D.C. medical license
- Experience: 1-3 years preferred
