Certified Nurse Midwife - Obstetrics & Gynecology

Aizer Health is expanding its Womens Health Department and seeks a Director of Midwifery to lead a high-performing team. This role combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities in a supportive, community-focused FQHC setting.

Position Highlights:

• 3x 8-hour office sessions + 1x 24-hour hospital call/week

• Supervise and mentor midwives

• Collaborate with OB/GYNs for integrated patient care

• Guide policies, staffing, and program development

• Deliver top-tier OB/GYN care in clinic and hospital settings

Requirements:

• NYS Certified Nurse Midwife license

• Experience managing low-risk pregnancies

• Proven leadership and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary starts at $165K+, based on experience
