Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patients healthcare while providing supportive care and helping patients manage symptoms related to their diseases.
 - Diagnose, treat, and manage hematology and oncology patients in both hospital and clinic settings. 
 - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other targeted therapies.
 - Evaluating patients medical history and conducting physical examinations.
 - Communicating with patients and their families to explain diagnoses, treatments, and prognosis.
 - Conducting follow-up appointments to monitor the patient's condition and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
 - Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with a team of specialists, including radiation oncologists, surgeons, and supportive care providers to ensure coordinated and integrated care.
 - Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
 - Contribute to medical education by mentoring residents and fellows (if applicable).
 - Maintain an active role in community outreach and patient education.
 - Participating in clinical research and trials to stay updated with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology (if applicable).

Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD/DO) with specialization in Hematology/Oncology. 
 - BC/BE in Hematology and Oncology
 - Valid medical license in the state of FL, or ability to obtain a FL license.
 - Clinical expertise in managing hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and benign hematologic disorders.
