Position Highlights:
- Unique opportunity for an experienced PA or family practice NP or adult NP to provide weekend primary care in Elmhurst, IL.
- Position: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
- Location: Elmhurst, IL
- Part time or full time (if full time, hours would include weekdays also)
- Hours: Saturday-Sunday
- Required Travel: none
What you will need:
- Five years or more of experience in primary care required
- APNs: State of Illinois Registered Nurse license, current State of Illinois Advanced Practice Nurse license
- PAs: current NCCPA certification, current State of Illinois PA license
- Current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association.

Hourly Pay Range:$56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
