Interventional Cardiologist - Full-Time Opportunity
GV (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center - Jackson, MS
The GV (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, is seeking a dedicated Interventional Cardiologist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary.
Position Highlights:
- Performs inpatient or outpatient cardiovascular consultation services
- Perform standard diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures temporary pacing and permanent device (Pacemakers, Loop recorders, AICD and bi-ventricular devices) implantation, direct current cardioversions, electrocardiogram interpretation, Holter monitor and ambulatory rhythm interpretation
- Serves as academic faculty for cardiovascular fellowship training program
- Competitive salary and full federal benefits package
- Tour of duty (schedule): to be determined
- Salary range: $300,000 - $400,000
Basic Requirements:
- Board-certified/board-eligible
- Unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
