Practice Overview:

Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem is a physician-led private practice with over 30 years of excellence in anesthesia care. Our team comprises 77 physicians and 120 CRNAs, providing services across 12 inpatient campuses and 3 ambulatory surgery centers within the rapidly expanding St. Lukes University Health Network.

Clinical Scope:

  • Level I Trauma Center at St. Lukes Bethlehem campus

  • Level II Trauma Center and Mother and Baby Pavilion at St. Lukes Anderson campus (3,500 deliveries/year)

  • Comprehensive critical care services across multiple ICUs, including cardiovascular, neuro, surgical, and medical critical care patients

  • Multidisciplinary ICU teams with residents, medical students, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and critical care nurses

  • Diverse anesthesia case mix: orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, pediatrics, and general surgery

  • Coverage of non-OR anesthesia sites including GI, interventional radiology, and diagnostic imaging

  • Management of pre-op programs, acute pain service, surgical optimization clinic, and established ERAS protocols

Candidate Requirements:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist

  • Fellowship training in critical care medicine

  • Strong regional anesthesia skills
