Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates, P.C., is seeking a full-time NP or PA for St Peters Family Medicine in Clifton Park, NY.  This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.

St. Peters Family Medicine, located at 1 Tallow Wood Drive, Clifton Park, is home to a team of highly experienced providers who offer routine health care for all ages. This includes annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance; routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions, preventative immunizations and precautionary inoculations; womens health services (annual pelvic exams, Pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening.

Our experienced providers promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage patients to take charge of their own health and well-being.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have the following:

• NYS licensure
• DEA required
• Board Certification
• Strong interest in providing Primary Care for patients of all ages including pediatrics

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE: St. Peters Health Partners offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

• Starting compensation is $130,233
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. Please note the salary range is provided in accordance with state law and is subject to variation due to the factors notes above.
