Compensation & Benefits:


  • $273,100 Base Salary
  • $20,000 annual retention bonus
  • $10,000 annual performance/quality bonus
  • Competitive call stipends: Weekday call $600/shift, Weekend call $1,200/shift
  • $215/hr after 40 hours per week
  • Lucrative OB shifts available at $4,080 per shift
  • 9 weeks time off annually
  • Malpractice with tail coverage paid
