Compensation & Benefits:
- $273,100 Base Salary
- $20,000 annual retention bonus
- $10,000 annual performance/quality bonus
- Competitive call stipends: Weekday call $600/shift, Weekend call $1,200/shift
- $215/hr after 40 hours per week
- Lucrative OB shifts available at $4,080 per shift
- 9 weeks time off annually
- Malpractice with tail coverage paid
