Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our dynamic residency program as a full-time faculty member.
Position Overview:
- Clinical Time: 0.4 FTE
- Teaching/Faculty Time: 0.6 FTE
- Preferred Experience: Obstetrics and Women’s Health
We are a well-established, fully accredited 7-7-7 Family Medicine residency program with a rich history dating back to 1971. Our program is known for:

- A progressive practice management curriculum
- Dedicated inpatient and outpatient pharmacotherapy specialists
Our residents benefit from robust first-year experiences in inpatient medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, surgery, and emergency medicine, including pediatric inpatient rotations at Akron Children’s Hospital. Each resident begins managing their own patient panel from day one at our Center for Family Medicine, fostering continuity and growth throughout their training.
