Baptist Memorial Health Care is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team model at Baptist Memorial Hospital - Memphis. This is an excellent opportunity to practice a wide range of anesthesia services at one of Tennessees highest-volume medical centers.

Schedule & Team
- Full call-taking position
- Collaborative care team of 25+ physicians (including two fellowship-trained pediatric anesthesiologists) and 70+ CRNAs

Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Provide medical management of patients undergoing surgery and procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain/verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Administer anesthesia: induction, maintenance, and emergence
- Monitor patients physiological condition throughout procedures
- Provide clinical interventions as needed
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX certification (if applicable)
- Completion of an approved residency in Anesthesia
- Current medical license
