VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Emergency Medicine.

• Description: We have exact dates in december and then will have 30+ shifts per month ongoing. Please only submit provider who can cover at least 3 of the shifts in December as they are a priority. 8am-6pm shift dates:December 13,14,19,20,21,23,24,25,26,27,28 2p-12a shift dates:December 12,31January 1,2 1.6-1.8 patients per hour Annual Volume: 70,000Level 3 trauma Shift 1: 8a-6p Shift 2: 2p-12a tThese shifts can/will include weekends and holidays.
• 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
