- 12 hour shifts, either 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am
- Patient census around 15, can go up to 30s
- Pediatric floor only
- Rounding shifts with no call
- Required procedures: lumbar punctures and circumcisions
- NRP and PALS certification required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
