Required Skills:

• Valid and active Washington State medical license or IMLC certification
• Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practice
• Strong knowledge of prenatal, labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to document clinical encounters thoroughly and accurately
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) documentation standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hospital-based obstetric care
• Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or related specialties
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience with call coverage in obstetrics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of obstetrics and gynecology practice post-residency
• Active Washington State medical license or eligible for IMLC

Other Requirements:

• Clean history and malpractice insurance
• Willingness to provide call support as scheduled, including hospital rounds and patient contact hours
• Documentation of patient contact and callback hours necessary for compliance and billing
• Call schedule: 1:3, with rounding for approximately 30 minutes to one hour daily
• Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Start date: February 2, 2026, with orientation included
• Ongoing assignment minimum of 3 months

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick leave, and incentives such as referral bonuses and travel reimbursements where applicable.
