Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Cardiologist to join our esteemed medical team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiovascular care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of cardiac conditions, in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as echocardiograms, stress tests, and catheterizations, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on cardiac health, prevention strategies, and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, clinical research, and continuing medical education to stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology.
  • Contribute to the training and supervision of residents and medical students, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certification in Cardiology by the American Board of Internal Medicine or equivalent.
  • Valid California Medical License or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Proven clinical experience in adult cardiology, with a strong background in both invasive and non-invasive procedures preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Compensation:
  • Placement fee: $40,000 (one-time payment upon successful onboarding).
