Penn Medicine HealthWorks - Unite Here Health is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join its team as Medical Director/Lead Clinician for the Atlantic City, NJ, site.
About the Practice
- 3 primary care physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
- Provides primary care, comprehensive cancer care, podiatry, counseling, as well as radiology, lab, pharmacy, physical therapy, and mental health services to Local 54 union members and their families
- Epic EMR which is universal throughout Penn Medicine
About the Role
- Lead a diverse, medically complex patient population
- Design and scale new care models
- Drive strategic partnership between Penn Medicine and Unite Here Health
- Promote provider development, operational efficiency, and patient-centered care
- Develop active clinical practice at Unite Here Health-Healthworks in Atlantic City, NJ
About the Ideal Candidate
- Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in specialty and a track record of positive working relationships with providers and staff
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to collaborate and lead a team
- Outstanding relationship-building and leadership skills
