St. Peters Health Partners is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Valve Clinic team with St. Peters Cardiac Surgery located at 319 S. Manning Blvd on the campus of St. Peters Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialized program focused on advanced cardiac care and structural heart interventions. A valve clinic is not just an office visit, its a program that brings together expert clinicians and state-of-the-art technology to provide specialized care for valve patients, ensuring early detection, timely intervention, and optimized long-term outcomes.
Position Details:
- Monday-Friday schedule, typically 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with flexibility based on clinic and meeting needs
- No evenings, weekends, or call
- Full-time 36 patient-facing hours role:
- Post-operative and follow-up visits (approximately 12-16 hours/week)
- Support of the Aneurysm and Heart Valve Clinic (approximately 16 hours/week)
- Patient screening for multidisciplinary valve and structural heart clinics (approximately 4 hours/week)
- Conduct pre- and post-procedure assessments and manage longitudinal care for cardiac patients
- Support four hospital-employed Cardiac Surgeons
- Provide patient education and care coordination throughout the treatment continuum
- Participate in weekly multidisciplinary meetings including TAVR, Heart Team (HOT), APP, and physician meetings

Recruitment Package:
- Competitive salary: $134,120-$155,579
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
