Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Family Medicine Physician interested in graduate medical education to join our outpatient clinic in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time faculty position is divided between direct patient care (60%) in the continuity clinic and academic responsibilities (40%) supporting our Family Medicine Residency Program.

As part of the launch of our new Family Medicine Residency Clinic opening, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of resident education and community health in Northeast Indiana.

Specifics of The Role

• Full-time salaried faculty position with full benefits, retirement package, paid time off, and minimal call burden
• Outpatient-only practice with support from the largest healthcare provider in the region
• Provide direct patient care while supervising Family Medicine residents in our residency clinic
• Contribute to curriculum development, resident evaluation, mentorship, and scholarly activity with protected academic time (40%)
• Be part of the opening of a new teaching clinic, helping establish best practices and clinic culture
• Support the continued growth and development of a foundational Family Medicine program
