Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our inaugural team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will work within an integrated primary care model, collaborating with pediatricians, behavioral health clinicians, and families to deliver coordinated, child-centered mental health care. This role focuses on diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and advancing comprehensive, team-based behavioral health services.
What a day looks like:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and monitoring
- Support emotional, behavioral, and developmental wellbeing
- Partner with families through education and shared decision-making
- Collaborate closely with integrated care teams
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:
- MD/DO; Psychiatry residency completed
- Board Eligible/Certified (Child & Adolescent fellowship preferred)
- Active state license and DEA (or eligibility)
- Experience treating common pediatric psychiatric conditions
- Comfort working in integrated, team-based care
