We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist to provide high-quality inpatient care in a dynamic hospital environment. Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in relevant state
• Proven experience as a Hospitalist or in a similar inpatient care role
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), specifically Epic preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience working night shifts exclusively
• Critical care experience
• Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
• Bilingual capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of hospitalist experience
• Epic EHR system proficiency
• Licensed to practice in the relevant state

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts one week per month and PRN as needed
• Must complete Epic training two weeks prior to the first shift, including orientation
• Personal data sheets must be uploaded into Locumsmart for credentialing
• Candidates should be able to drive and possess a Massachusetts license if applicable
• Travel and related reimbursements provided as necessary

This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
