Join Our Team as a Hematology/Oncology Physician – Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide exceptional clinical care within a vibrant healthcare environment. Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology
• Valid Virginia Medical License
• DEA Certification in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years relevant clinical experience
• BLS certification
• Proficiency in managing solid tumors and malignant hematology cases
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong documentation skills with Epic/Beacon EMR systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with outpatient infusion services
• Familiarity with complex oncology treatment protocols
• Prior involvement in clinic-based care for patients over 18 years
• Knowledge of transplant referral processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Proven experience in outpatient hematology/oncology clinics
• Prior work in a fast-paced, multispecialty environment

Other Requirements:

• Virginia state licensure and DEA credentialing
• BLS certification required; ACLS not mandatory
• Passion for providing comprehensive, patient-centered oncology and hematology care
• Willingness to work daytime hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Travel and licensing reimbursements available, with all billable expenses handled appropriately
