Required Skills:

• Valid and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience in primary care or family practice settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
• Experience with telehealth services
• Familiarity with community outreach or patient education initiatives
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice as a Nurse Practitioner
• Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours; specific shift details to be confirmed
• HIPAA compliance and background clearance
• Willingness to travel if required for outreach or community programs
• Valid driver’s license if travel is involved
