Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine physician specializing in Hematology and Oncology to provide exceptional outpatient care within a dynamic healthcare setting. This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be central to our mission of delivering comprehensive cancer and hematology services across multiple locations.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in both states of Maryland and Delaware
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
• Proven experience in outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate care effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Familiarity with telemedicine practices
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Participation in clinical research or academic initiatives

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology
• Prior experience working across multiple outpatient clinics

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain licensure and credentials in both Maryland and Delaware
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, outpatient only
• No on-call duties or weekend work required
• Candidates preferring full-time employment are encouraged to apply
• Hourly pay rate: $1.00
