- 214 hospital beds
- 7 on / 7 off block schedule; 12-hour shifts
- ADE is 19-20/day
- No more than 3 admissions/day
- Open ICU-Hospitalists admit to ICU, but do not continue care for
patients in ICU - No procedures required, intensivists onsite
- EMR: Meditech but will be switching over to EPIC 1-2 years
- Staffing Model:
- Day: 7 Physicians (7a-7p)
- TeleHealth as a backup during any surge
- Night: 1 Physician & 1 NPPA (7p-7a)
