Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state or region
• Board certification or eligibility in Neurological Surgery
• Proven expertise in performing complex neurological surgeries
• Strong understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiology
• Excellent surgical technique, precision, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with minimally invasive neurosurgical procedures
• Familiarity with advanced neurosurgical technologies and instrumentation
• Research or publication record in neurological surgery
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Completion of a neurosurgery residency program
• At least 3 years of post-residency surgical experience in neurosurgery

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential on-call shifts
• Willingness to take part in ongoing medical education and certification updates
• Must comply with all institutional and regulatory standards for healthcare providers

Starting on 05/07/2026, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
