Required Skills:

• Valid state medical license with pediatrics certification
• Proven experience in pediatric healthcare settings
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and families of diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) or neonatology
• Bilingual abilities in English and other languages
• Experience with pediatric research or teaching

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with specialization in Pediatrics
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric practice
• Prior experience in hospital or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:

• Open to remote and in-person care arrangements as applicable
• Ability to obtain and maintain state and federal certifications
• Willingness to participate in continual professional education
• Travel reimbursements available if required
