Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based direct primary care provider, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Associate (PA) to be an integral part of our care team, by floating among our Wisconsin clinics. Here, you will be part of a team overseen by a physician, and/or advanced practice clinician in providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice.

We are rapidly growing, with clinics in Antigo, Appleton, Clintonville, De Pere, Menomonie, Merrill, Oshkosh, Marshfield, Rhinelander, Stevens Point, Wausau, Weston, Wisconsin Rapids, and four employer-site clinics ... with plans to expand into the southeastern part of Wisconsin!

What Youll Do

• Diagnoses and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (X-rays, ECGs, labs)
• Prescribe medications, treatments and therapies, as well as non-pharmacological treatment modalities
• Perform procedures
• Educate and counsel patients and families on healthy lifestyles and health care options

Who Were Looking For

• NP or PA with prior experience strongly preferred
• Self-starter who thrives in a patient-centered, independent setting
