We are looking for a highly skilled physician to provide expert electrophysiology services at our esteemed facility beginning July 1, 2026. In this vital position, you will deliver specialized inpatient care, performing advanced electrophysiology procedures such as electrical cardioversions, EKGs, tilt table tests, and other electrophysiology interventions. Your expertise will enhance patient outcomes in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment that handles a diverse adult and geriatric patient demographic.

Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Electrophysiology
• Valid medical license to practice in Ohio
• Proven experience in invasive and non-invasive electrophysiology procedures
• Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a hospital setting or with trauma care
• Ability to supervise advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or advanced practice provider certification

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology
• Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship clinical experience in electrophysiology

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a 24-hour call shift on a rotating basis (call ratio 1:4)
• Credentialing approval expected within approximately 120 days
• Travel reimbursements including mileage, rental car, hotel, and flights
• Must be committed to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining professional standards
