In this role, you'll provide expert internal medicine services with a focus on hematology and oncology, supporting a multidisciplinary team that includes radiation therapy, lymphedema management, pharmacy, laboratory, medical oncology, and infusion services. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, continuous care for cancer patients in a busy, integrated environment.

Required Skills:

  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
  • Proven clinical expertise in managing oncology and hematology patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster patient trust and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced clinical setting
  • Prior experience with infusion therapies and outpatient oncology care preferred

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with radiation therapy coordination
  • Familiarity with advanced cancer treatment protocols
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Knowledge of EMR systems and clinical documentation standards

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • At least 2 years of post-residency experience in oncology or hematology clinics
  • Valid medical license in applicable state(s)

Other Requirements:
  • Full availability to cover Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm; infusion suite operations extend 7 days a week
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
  • Willingness to travel if required for conferences or specialized training
