Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to join our functional medicine team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of primary care or urgent care experience and a keen understanding of functional medicine. Functional medicine certification is not required; we provide mentorship and training.

This position requires in-person, in-clinic interaction with patients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
