Job Overview:

A dynamic opportunity for a Primary Care Physician to join a committed team within a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting. This role is ideal for a physician dedicated to serving medically needy and underserved populations. We welcome new graduates to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 annually, plus productivity bonuses with potential to add $100,000 or more.

Requirements:

  • Education: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Experience:
    • Open to New Graduates
    • Preferred: Three (3) years of experience in a primary care setting, ideally within medically underserved communities and/or a community health center.
  • License/Certification: Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, DEA license, and CPR certification. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
  • Others:
    • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
    • Sensitivity to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
    • Commitment to the mission of serving in an FQHC environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday.
  • Shifts: Scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts within this window).
  • Work Arrangement: On-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment.
  • Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
  • Participate in occasional evening and weekend work as needed to meet patient and clinic needs.
