Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality outpatient urology care under appropriate supervision
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage urological conditions
- Assist in procedures and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document clinical findings accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
Required Skills:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Urology specialty experience is a must
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current U.S. healthcare regulations and standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- EMR/EHR proficiency
- Experience in outpatient clinic settings
- Bilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with surgical procedures related to urology
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in urology or a related field
- Current state licensure and certification in good standing
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Ability to start as soon as credentialed; coverage begins in March
- Ability to travel for licensure, certification, or training if applicable
