Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Radiation Oncology Physician to deliver exceptional care for patients requiring radiation therapy. The role entails managing treatment plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license with specialization in radiation oncology
• Proven experience in delivering Radiation Oncology treatments
• Strong knowledge of radiotherapy protocols, dosimetry, and treatment planning software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of radiation safety standards and compliance regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification from the American Board of Radiology or equivalent
• Experience with advanced radiotherapy technologies (e.g., IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT)
• Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting or outpatient clinic
• Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a Radiation Oncology residency program
• At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in radiation therapy

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel locally within the service area as needed
• Current state licensure and board certification in radiation oncology
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and safety standards
• Participation in hospital or clinic quality assurance initiatives
