We are seeking a highly qualified Radiation Oncology Physician to deliver exceptional care for patients requiring radiation therapy. Required Skills:
- Valid medical license with specialization in radiation oncology
- Proven experience in delivering Radiation Oncology treatments
- Strong knowledge of radiotherapy protocols, dosimetry, and treatment planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of radiation safety standards and compliance regulations
Nice to Have Skills: - Certification from the American Board of Radiology or equivalent
- Experience with advanced radiotherapy technologies (e.g., IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT)
- Prior experience in a similar healthcare setting or outpatient clinic
- Bilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience: - Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a Radiation Oncology residency program
- At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience in radiation therapy
Other Requirements: - Ability to travel locally within the service area as needed
- Current state licensure and board certification in radiation oncology
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and safety standards
- Participation in hospital or clinic quality assurance initiatives
