Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Mercy Health Toledo is expanding access to care with the opening of a new Women’s Health Center and is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician who has a genuine passion for supporting women’s health. Position Summary
The Advanced Practice Clinician will provide full-spectrum primary care with an emphasis on women’s health, prevention, and long-term wellness. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, leads with compassion, and is committed to creating an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and well cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
• Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a strong focus on preventive care
• Educate patients to encourage informed and confident healthcare decisions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and specialty partners
• Participate in call coverage as appropriate

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with current licensure
• Background in family medicine required; women’s health experience or interest preferred
• Patient-first mindset with a strong commitment to quality care
• Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
