About this role:

As an APP with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

  • You will join a growing practice of four physicians and four APPs.

  • Your work will be primarily done in clinic, with a focus in gynecology.

  • Clinic located on campus of Spanish Fork Hospital in Spanish Fork, Utah.

What youll bring:

  • Utah license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

  • Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • Utah State Controlled Substance License

  • Federal DEA Certificate II through V

  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers

  • Preferred: prior obstetric & gynecology APP experience is highly valued
