We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Urologist to join our team for long-term coverage, contributing to community health and well-being. What You Will Do:

  • Conduct outpatient clinics and operating room procedures in a scheduled 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week.
  • Work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with a two-week on/two-week off rotation to optimize service and personal time.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including our onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot, to perform minimally invasive procedures.
  • Be part of a well-equipped facility with a dedicated clinic space and support staff.

Required Skills:
  • Board certification or eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery).
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency or fellowship in Urology; international training accepted.
  • MI Licensure, MI CDS, and MI DEA registration.
  • Proven experience with at least 50 urological procedures within the past 12 months or recent completion of accredited residency/fellowship.
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit excellent clinical judgment.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with robotic surgeries and familiarity with Da Vinci Xi systems.
  • Prior experience working in outpatient clinics and surgical environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited program.
  • Current board certification or eligibility.
  • At least 12 months of recent clinical urology practice.

Other Requirements:
  • Valid Michigan licensure, CDS, and DEA registration.
  • Flexibility to start upon completion of credentialing.
  • Ability to travel if required for professional development or conferences.
  • Facility lodging with amenities available during scheduled shifts.
