Required Skills:

  • Active Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification
  • Valid ACT certification (acceptable)
  • Prior experience or strong knowledge in urology preferred
  • Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Additional certifications related to urology or advanced practice roles
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Experience working in outpatient or clinic settings specific to urology

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, particularly in urology or related specialties

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for clinic coverage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Willingness to travel for training or additional responsibilities if needed
  • Compliance with all licensing, certification, and state/federal regulations

This role offers competitive hourly pay at $1.00/hour, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
