Community Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join our established outpatient practice at our Medical Arts office building location on the campus of Community Howard Regional Hospital in Kokomo, Indiana.

Licensure & Certifications

Board certified/board eligible in Internal Medicine and eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
