Mercyhealth System in Janesville, Wisconsin is currently seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our well-established Gastroenterology practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to build your practice within a fully integrated, award-winning health system serving Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Opportunity:

Compensation: $600,000-$880,000
Build your individual practice as an employed physician with the support of operational leaders and experienced clinical staff.
Practice located in Janesville, Wisconsin near Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago
Clinic located in the Mercyhealth Michael Berry Building, a multi-specialty clinic attached to the hospital
Join a well-established Gastroenterology practice
Practice supported by three Advanced Practice Providers
Favorable payer mix with low Medicare and Medicaid
Service area of approximately 200,000+
EUS and ERCP experience/training not required
EPIC EMR
Vast multi-specialty referral sources
501c3 non-for-profit organization

Departmental Scope:

Established outpatient Gastroenterology practice
Strong internal referral base from primary care and specialists
Integrated multi-specialty collaboration
Experienced APP and nursing support
High procedural volume potential

Qualifications:

MD/DO - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Residency training from an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine program
Fellowship training in Gastroenterology
Strong communication skills and a team-based mindset

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: $600,000-$880,000
