Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Darby Primary Care practice located in Darby, Pennsylvania.

The selected candidate will join four experienced physicians and one NP.

Practice's Hours:

• Monday- 7:30am- 6:30pm
• Tuesday- 7:30am- 6:30pm
• Wednesday- 7:30am- 4:30pm
• Thursday- 7:30am- 6:00pm
• Friday- 7:30am- 4:30pm

• Ability to practice autonomously and to build own panel
• Medical and Administrative support
  Lab on site

Required:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant 
• CPR and ACLS Certification
• Credentialed at hospital site of practice
