About this role:

As a Part Time Physicianin Hospice Medicine,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work in a fully remote capacity to support the Intermountain Hospice service line throughout Northern and Central Utah.

  • You will practiceremotely to admit and manage patients to the Hospice Service Line

  • Shifts are 24 hours and are typically scheduled Monday to Sunday

What youll bring:

  • MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

  • Residency trainingin Family or Internal Medicine

  • Board certification or eligibility inHospice and Palliative Medicine

  • Active, unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one

  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
