In this role, you will perform essential procedures such as cystoscopy and dilation, participate in clinic and surgical activities, and provide after-hours call coverage. The position involves a mix of clinic work and emergency call duties, with support from dedicated nursing staff and access to state-of-the-art EMR system (EPIC).

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong procedural skills, excellent communication, and adaptability in a hospital-based setting. You will be responsible for managing a modest patient load, performing scheduled surgeries, and participating in clinic rounds, supporting the ongoing care of post-operative and outpatient urology patients.

Required Skills:

• Valid North Dakota medical license and DEA registration
• Proven expertise in cystoscopy and dilation procedures
• Ability to handle clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic surgeries (not required)
• Prior locum or hospital-based practice experience
• Ability to perform additional urology procedures as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Minimum of 2 years clinical practice post-residency preferred

Other Requirements:

• Completion of credentialing requirements within 90 days
• Availability for scheduled shifts: June 1-8, August 17-24, August 7-10 or August 28-31, September 4-14, September 18-21 or September 25-28, October 2-12, October 16-19 or October 23-26 or October 30-November 2, November 6-16, November 20-23, December 4-7 or December 11-14, December 18-28
• Ability to work weekend call and holiday shifts as scheduled
• Willingness to participate in ongoing coverage as needed
