Board certified (or will have/will take boards no later than five years after training completion date). This well-established practice is part of the hospital network, Cone Health. Minimum qualifications include:
- Board certified (or taking boards no later than five years after training completion date).
- Active privileges with Cone Health Medical Staff.
- Maintaining North Carolina medical licensure.
- Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration license (for North Carolina).
