About this role:
As a Rheumatologistyou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
You will practice two days a week atCottonwood Clinicand two days a week in West Valley
Outpatient role with Infusion Center oversight
Schedule:
4 - 10 hr. days, must work Friday's
Practice Call 1: 6 weeks

Compensation:
Annual Base: $330,000.00 +wRVUproductivity
Quality/Value Incentive: $20,000.00
Starting Bonus: $30,000.00
Fellowship Stipend: $1,500.00 per month up to 2 years
Relocation: up to $20,000.00 if eligible
What youll bring:
MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
Residency trainingin Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology
Active, unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one
Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
