Join Our Team as a Urology Specialist and Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are looking for a qualified Urology specialist to provide exceptional clinic and operating room services, primarily based out of Stevens Point with flexibility across Wisconsin Rapids and Wausau. This full-time role offers an engaging mix of clinical, surgical, and outreach responsibilities, all within a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Urology.
- Proven experience in outpatient clinic and surgical procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to travel to outreach sites and cover call responsibilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with outreach programs.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
- Additional certifications relevant to urology subspecialties.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Urology.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-training clinical experience.
- Proven track record of surgical proficiency and patient care excellence.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in system call rotations.
- Availability for 7-10 days per month outreach to Wisconsin Rapids.
- Ability to work 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Must adhere to all applicable licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement policies.
Position Details:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive benefits package included).
- Full-time, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), weekly pay schedule via direct deposit.
