Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active Arizona Medical License
- DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
- Ability to handle 24-hour beeper call shifts
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in a hospital-based Urology practice
- Prior experience with adult patient populations
- Familiarity with hospital operations and multidisciplinary teams
- Additional certifications in advanced urological procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Urology
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice preferred
Other Requirements:
- Active Arizona medical license (mandatory for submission)
- DEA certification needed prior to start
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts on a day schedule (07:00 - 07:00)
- Willingness to support occasional travel and related reimbursements as applicable
