Required Skills:

• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology
• Proven expertise in managing pediatric hormonal and metabolic disorders
• Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in telemedicine and virtual care modalities
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience working in remote or locum settings
• Bilingual skills in relevant languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Completion of a Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in pediatric endocrinology preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a temporary Alaska state medical license while full licensure is in progress
• Willingness to commit to long-term, ongoing coverage
• Availability for both in-person clinic work (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and night/weekend virtual call coverage
• OT after 40 clinical hours per week

Compensation for this position starts at a highly competitive hourly rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
