Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Dermatology
- Valid State Medical License for North Carolina
- DEA Certification
- Experience as a general dermatologist with familiarity in dermatologic procedures
- Strong knowledge of skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and cosmetic dermatology
- Proficiency in EMR documentation (preferred or required)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Mohs surgery procedures
- Knowledge of skin of color treatments and cosmetic services like Botox, fillers, and chemical peels
- Fluency in additional languages
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of dermatology practice experience
- Proven track record in performing specialized procedures such as Mohs surgery and cosmetic treatments
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 06/15/2026 with privileging completion within 60-90 days
- Willingness to work night shifts (4x10-hour shifts per week, 19:00 - 07:00)
- Vaccinations as mandated by healthcare regulations
- Ability to travel as needed for licensing, certifications, or professional development
Compensation is competitive, with an hourly pay rate of $269.10, and includes weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
