Required Skills:

• Active Dermatology License and DEA
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong technological aptitude and ability to handle high-volume patient flow
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal support
• Commitment to quality patient care and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in high-volume dermatology clinics
• Familiarity with hospital credentialing processes
• Prior exposure to diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications in dermatology or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with board certification in Dermatology
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in dermatology practice
• Proven track record with EPIC EMR system
• Active state medical license and DEA registration

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a schedule aligned with the outlined clinic hours, including potential OT after 9 hours per day
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, with preference for full-time (4 days/week) or 3 days/week commitments
• Successful completion of orientation, including shadowing and EPIC training if needed
• Payor credentialing documented, no hospital privileges required
• Traveling reimbursements and licensure/certification support provided where applicable
