Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary:$350,000 - $375,000 Base Salary Guaranteed
- Generous Bonus Opportunity:Customized production model structured with physicians input on thresholds and rate or option for straight salaries position, if preferred.

Qualifications:
- Degree:MD or DO
- Certifications:ABMS certification eligibility required
- Licensure:Must be able to obtain an Illinois State Medical license
